The Court requires divorcing parties to attend mediation, if the case is contested.  Justin is a certified mediator.  His experience is masterful in helping you to obtain the best outcome possible.  Justin is watchful to ensure you do not lose ground or rights that should be awarded to you.  Mediation is a critical time for you to know what your rights are and to have the expertise of a sound mediator with you.  Justin does not move a case towards more litigation and cost, unless negotiations between the parties have completely failed. 

Attorney Stringfellow has experience in the juvenile court, helping parties to fight for custody of their children.  Justin advocates his client’s position and rights when dealing with Division of Child and Family Services, the Guardian ad Litem, and the Court.  He believes it is important that the client’s rights be advocated and their voice be heard.

Justin H. Stringfellow has extensive experience with Protective Order.  He has represented over one-thousand parties at protective order hearings.  Justin’s expertise gives him the ability to give a client sound, clear advice to obtain the outcome desired. 

Stringfellow is experienced in trial advocacy.  His trial experience includes, divorce, custody, alimony, and marital property.

Justin has expertise with QDRO’s (Qualified Domestic Relations Order).  He can help clients obtain retirement funds following the completion of the divorce case.

Attorney Stringfellow has been an Ogden City Prosecutor since 2006.  As a result of this experience he can advice a client regarding their rights and how to proceed against criminal action.
